Nooo! The killer whale only did what whales do. It is a human tragedy caused by humans!! Shoot the stupid humans that promoted this. Whales are not meant to be held captive in little pools for entertainment purposes. Sadly he can't be allowed back into the world where he belongs, but he should not be killed. He needs to be placed someplace where he can be humanely and safely cared for without an idiot human entering the water with him.
