Meet Mitch McConnell, AKA Mitch McTurtle, a U.S. Senator (Republican-Kentucky) who singlehandedly brought Senate majority leader Harry Reid (Democrat-Nevada) to his knees regarding filibuster reform in the U.S. Senate.
Now we Americans can expect more of the same  "do nothing" Congressional activity during President Barack Obama's second term.
