In the NFC, the Minnesota Vikings and Philadelphia Eagles are battling for the last wild card spot while over in the AFC, the Indianapolis Colts face the Tennessee Titans on the road in a winner take all game (on Sunday Night Football) for the sixth playoff spot.
The Colts and Titans game is the final one on the schedule while the Vikings host the Chicago Bears (already in the NFC playoffs) and will look to get the playoff spot with a win. The Eagles need to beat the Washington Redskins and hope the Bears can knock off the Vikings to get the playoff spot.
There are numerous scenarios that can play out, but the bottom line for the Vikings, Colts and Titans as well as the Baltimore Ravens is win and they are in.

Chicago (11-4) at Minnesota (8-6-1) - Vikings need this game to make the playoffs. Bears going for a possible first round bye with a win. Toss up in this one.
Cincinnati (6-9) at Pittsburgh (8-6-1) - Steelers must win this game and get some help to make the playoffs.
Philadelphia (8-7) at Washington (7-8) - The Eagles can make the playoffs with the win in this game and some help from the Chicago Bears.
San Francisco (4-11) at LA Rams (12-3) - Rams should win this one in a rout.
LA Chargers (11-4) at Denver (6-9) - Chargers out to avenge a tough loss to the Broncos last month. The top seed in the AFC playoffs is still possible for the 'Bolts, though not likely to happen.
Arizona (3-12) at Seattle (9-6) - The Seahawks are rolling as the playoffs approach.
Indianapolis (9-6) at Tennessee (9-6) - Winner take all for the last AFC playoff spot in this Sunday night tilt. Will banged up Titans QB Marcus Mariota be available to play?
