After a rough week for the Heftyinfo football picks, here we are at Week Eleven around the NFL with the New York Jets traveling to take on the Denver Broncos in the Thursday Night Football game on NFL Network.
It was the single worst week in the three-year history of the weekly football picks as a paltry 5-11 accuracy rate came through.
Ouch!
But that was last week and who knows what to expect anymore in the modern National Football League.
The Jets should be able to handle Tim Tebow and the option-style run attack the Broncos now employ on offense. The Broncos will be without running back Knowshon Moreno, who is out for the year with a torn ACL knee injury. The other top Broncos' running back, Willis McGahee was also hurt last week and may not play on Thursday night.
The Jets were spanked at home by New England on national television and will be determined not to let it happen again.
The rest of the week's action follows in capsule form previews...
Cincinnati (6-3) at Baltimore (6-3) - The Ravens are Bengals are both looking up at the idle Steelers in the AFC North.
Jacksonville (3-6) at Cleveland (3-6) - The Browns lost a heart breaker at home last week, so what should we expect to see this time vs. the Jags? Perhaps a 3-0 outcome in this one.
Carolina (2-7) at Detroit (6-3) - The Lions were de-clawed at Chicago last week and will likely take out their frustrations on the Panthers.
Tampa Bay (4-5) at Green Bay (9-0) - The battle of the Bays... take the Green one in this game.
Buffalo (5-4) at Miami (2-7) - The Bills have lost three in a row while the Dolphins are on a two-game roll... guess what? Bills win this one and get back into the AFC East race.
Oakland (5-4) at Minnesota (2-7) - Upset alert? Maybe... it depends on Adrian Peterson, who is a due for a HUGE game.
Dallas (5-4) at Washington (3-6) - The Cowboys and the Redskins... two teams headed in opposite directions... Cowboys roll!
Seattle (3-6) at St. Louis (2-7) - The stinker game of the week.
Arizona (3-6) at San Francisco (8-1) - The 49ers can win this one and perhaps clinch the NFC West division title four days later on Thanksgiving with one more win. Wow!
Tennessee (5-4) at Atlanta (5-4) - What the hell was Falcons' Head Coach Mike Smith thinking last week against the Saints?
San Diego (4-5) at Chicago (6-3) - Chargers have lost four in a row while Bears have won four in a row... something has to give.
Philadelphia (3-6) at NY Giants (6-3) - The Eagles are a mess and QB Michael Vick has broken ribs to add to their woes. Take the Giants.
Kansas City (4-5) at New England (6-3) - Chiefs' QB Matt Cassel misses the chance to play against his former mentor on national TV on Monday Night Football. Consider that a blessing Matt ... Patriots roll big time in this one.

No love for my Titans Jim! It will be a tough one against the Falcons coming off that loss with the bone head play of the week courtesy of Mike Smith but i think we have a chance. Chris Johnson finally looks up to speed so watch out.
