The Kansas City Royals finally disposed of the Toronto Blue Jays, 4-3 in Game Six of the American League Championship Series to advance to the World Series for the second year in a row.
The Royals will face the upstart New York Mets, who swept the Chicago Cubs in four games in the NLCS to advance to the Fall Classic for the first time in 15 years.
The action gets started next Tuesday in Kansas City.
