NFL - Week Four Preview
The bye weeks begin as Week Four of the 2010 NFL season gets going. The Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Minnesota Vikings get the weekend off. But there will plenty of action as division rivalries heat up and the undefeated Chicago Bears travel to play the New York Giants on the prime time Sunday Night Game.
Here is a breakdown of the action for Week Four.
Cincinnati (2-1) at Cleveland (0-3) - The Bengals should beat the Browns, but Cincy QB Carson Palmer needs to get it going.
Indy (2-1) at Jacksonville (1-2) - The Jags' Head Coach Jack Del Rio is already on the proverbial hot seat and a win here (but don't count on it) would do wonders to squash the naysayers.
Carolina (0-3) at New Orleans (2-1) - The Panthers look pathetic this season so far and now they must travel to the 'Big Easy' to play an angry Saints team that lost to Atlanta last Sunday.
NY Jets (2-1) at Buffalo (0-3) - An upset special? Nope. Jets roll.
Baltimore (2-1) at Pittsburgh (3-0) - The final score of this one may well be 6-3.
Seattle (2-1) at St. Louis (1-2) - Can the Rams put together their first winning streak in two years? Just don't kickoff to Leon Washington (two TD returns last week vs. San Diego) and the Rams could pull it off.
Denver (1-2) at Tennessee (2-1) - The Titans should win this one, but Broncos' QB Kyle Orton has been on an early season roll.
San Francisco (0-3) at Atlanta (2-1) - The Falcons should bury the 49ers, who seem to be coming apart at the seams in the early going in 2010. Ouch!
Houston (2-1) at Oakland (1-2) - Don't be surprised if the Raiders spring the upset. The Texans are not a good road team.
Detroit (0-3) at Green Bay (2-1) - The Packers still smarting from loss to arch-rival Bears last Monday night. Aaron Rodgers has a big day and the Pack wins big.
Arizona (2-1) at San Diego (1-2) - How the Chargers are 1-2 is beyond comprehension. They lead the NFL in total offense and their defense in fourth overall in the league. Look for them to rebound at home and cruise past the Cards.
Washington (1-2) at Philadelphia (2-1) - Donovan McNabb vs. Michael Vick. Should be a great game.
Chicago (3-0) at NY Giants (1-2) - 'Da Bears!
New England (2-1) at Miami (2-1) - This one should go down to the wire with Tom Brady and the Pats sneaking out of Miami with the win.
