It's Looking Like The Obvious

It is looking more and more like Donald Trump (Republican) and
Hillary Clinton (Democrat) will be facing each other in the November election for the President of the United States.
Clinton rolled over Bernie Sanders (60-40 percent) in the New York  Democratic primary Tuesday while Trump steam rolled both John Kasich (why is he even still in the race?) and Rafael Eduardo Cruz (AKA Ted Cruz) in the New York Republican primary.

TRUMP vs. CLINTON . . .  stay tuned because it's a loooonnnng  way until November.

NBA Playoffs Preview

One question NBA fans -- Why even bother having the NBA Playoffs?
Just give the trophy to the record-setting Golden State Warriors, who just finished the regular season with a 73-9 mark, breaking the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls record of 72-10.
After all, the Warriors are the best NBA team ever, right?
Not so fast my friends!
The San Antonio Spurs will have something to say about that. The Spurs finished with a 67-15 record and have tons of playoff experience, not to mention five NBA Championship titles, including the 2014 title when they blew away LeBron James and the Miami Heat in five games.
The Eastern Conference features LeBron and company as the top-seeded Cleveland Cavaliers look to get back to the NBA Finals again this year.  The surprising Toronto Raptors finished with the second best record in the East, but they will not sniff the Finals.
For a breakdown of the first round series and predictions for the entire playoffs, the following offers a look at the 2015-16 NBA Playoffs.

EASTERN CONFERENCE

Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Detroit Pistons - The Cavs should bury the Pistons in four, possibly five games.  (Cavs in four)

Toronto Raptors vs. Indiana Pacers - Indiana could pull off a surprise in this series, but don't count on it happening.  (Raptors in six)

Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets - This should be a great series that will likely go the full seven games.  (Hornets in seven)

Atlanta Hawks vs. Boston Celtics - See above comments.  (Celtics in seven)

WESTERN CONFERENCE

Golden State Warriors vs. Houston Rockets - Classic match up of two teams, one being the ultimate over-achievers and the other the ultimate under-achievers.  (Warriors in five)

San Antonio Spurs vs. Memphis Grizzlies - No contest here.  (Spurs in four)

Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Dallas Mavericks - The Mavs could give OKC fits in this series.  (Thunder in five)

Los Angeles Clippers vs. Portland Trail Blazers - Upset Alert!  (Blazers in six)

Eastern Conference

Semi-Final Round
Cleveland over Boston in six games
Charlotte over Toronto in seven games
