Ten Years After 9-11: Let The Hype Begin

As the 9-11 terrorist attacks approach the tenth anniversary next weekend, the hype is kicking into high gear of course, and the media will be spreading the fear mongering and propaganda put out by terrorist groups and politically motivated individuals.
Let's reflect upon the day for what it was.
A cowardly act by a radical group of people who were largely ignored by the Bush Administration until it was too late and the end result was the loss of over 3,000 lives on American soil.
The World Trade Center towers were lost along with all the carnage and are STILL being rebuilt ten years later.
Also, the Pentagon building was hit with loss of life as well as the crash of Flight 93 in a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
Hopefully people will not get caught up in all the hype and start freaking out over every little thing that is said by the political pundits and talking heads next Sunday morning.
The fact is the Bush and Cheney gang dropped the ball on the intelligence report they received leading up to that fateful day. Bush was on vacation at his Texas ranch for a month just before the attacks.
Ten years after, Osama Bin Laden is dead, thanks to intricate planning and work efforts executed by the SEALS under the Obama Administration.
The bogeyman used by the media and the GOP in particular,  is gone forever.
Hopefully, there never again will be anything like what happened on Tuesday, September 11, 2001 in the United States of America.
In the meantime, reflect people, but don't get sucked in by ulterior motives based on political ideologies as we approach the next election cycle.
After all, we ALL are Americans and have to stick together just like we did following the attacks that took place.
From one American to another ...  reflect, say a prayer, remember the dead and try to leave it at that.
A tragedy like that should never have happened and should not (repeat) SHOULD NOT ever happen again in this country.
God Bless America!
