This is a follow up to a recent post regarding Florida governor Rick Scott's refusal to accept federal funds from the Affordable Healthcare Act (aka Obamacare) and the death of a Florida woman named Charlene Dill as a result of the petty politics displayed by Scott and other GOP leaders in states around the United States of America.
